Shipping policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of receipt (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.

3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website.

If you have any issues with tracking, please feel free to contact us, and we’ll assist you in resolving the issue.

4. Shipping to P.O. Boxes

We do ship to P.O. Boxes; however, please be aware that certain carriers may require a physical address for delivery, depending on the size and weight of the item.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We are currently unable to ship to certain locations, including any address outside the 50 United States and Washington D.C.
  • We do not currently ship internationally, but we are working to expand our international shipping options.

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed, as the shipment is no longer in our possession. 

If you believe your package was stolen, we recommend the following steps:

  • Check with your neighbors or household members to ensure the package was not accepted on your behalf.
  • Contact the carrier directly to verify delivery details and inquire about possible mis-delivery.
  • File a claim with the carrier for a missing package. Many carriers allow customers to submit theft claims for investigation.
  • Report the theft to local authorities, as package theft is a crime and a police report may assist with recovery or future claims.

We know this situation is disappointing, and while we cannot issue refunds for packages that are marked as delivered, our customer service team is here to assist you with the next steps and provide guidance on how to resolve the issue and file a claim with the carrier.

If you believe your package was lost in transit, please reach out to our customer service team and we will assist you in the next steps.

7. Address Errors

Please double-check that your shipping address is correct when placing an order. We are not responsible for delays or delivery issues resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses. If an error is found, please contact us immediately, and we will do our best to make corrections before shipment.

8. UPS Ground Shipping

  • UPS Ground typically delivers within 1-5 business days depending on your location. Please note: delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed by UPS.
  • Ground shipping charges are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer.
  • If UPS fails to deliver on time under their service guarantee, we will work on your behalf to request a shipping refund. 

9. Paid Expedited Shipping - UPS Next Day Air

At checkout, customers may choose to pay for faster delivery using UPS Next Day Air. Here is what you need to know:

  • UPS Next Day Air delivers on the next business day after shipment is processed and picked up.
  • Saturday, Sunday, and holidays (e.g., Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc.) do not count as business days.
  • If you place an order on Friday before 4:30pm CT and select Next Day Air, your package will arrive on Monday, unless a separate Saturday delivery option is selected and available.
  • Next Day Air charges are calculated at checkout and paid by the customer. 
  • If UPS fails to deliver on time under their service guarantee, we will work on your behalf to request a shipping refund.
